Reclaimed wood flooring is often used in green building. Our reclaimed wood floors are milled from aged wood timbers and boards recycled from old barns and warehouses. The old lumber will have rustic character marks from many years of use and exposure to the elements.

Each reclaimed wood floor is custom made and is available in widths from about 5 inches to 12 inches wide. You choose from reclaimed pine, white oak, maple, cherry, chestnut, walnut, hickory, red oak, heart pine, fir, all species as available.

We also mill stair treads and risers to go along with your flooring.

No two floors are exactly alike. Your reclaimed floor may contain characteristics inherent in aged wood, including cracked knots, slight surface checking, old insect scarring, nail holes, weather checking and color variation.

Our reclaimed rustic pine floor is solid wood and sold in random lengths from about 4 to 12 feet and longer, and widths from about 6 to 12 inches.

Our flooring is available in tongue-and-groove or a natural straight edge and is sold by the square foot.

Our specialty (shown) is a reclaimed natural pine plank floor, mostly 8 to 12 inches wide, about 4 to 14 feet long, that gives the feeling of a timeworn surface.

Keeping with our theme of reclaimed, the material for Rustic wood flooring is crafted from responsibly harvested wood, that may include dead standing, and dead fallen timbers. It has more of the naturally occurring wood character such as knots, distinct color variations, possible insect marks, surface checking and varying grain patterns.

You can choose from oak flooring, walnut, or wide plank cherry, hickory, white oak, pine, maple, beech, ash and all other wood floors as available.

In keeping with our practice of using reclaimed, we utilize dead standing trees killed by insects or natural causes, yet remain fixed in the ground by their network of roots. This allows the wood to dry naturally to a lower moisture content, which speeds up kiln drying.
