Choose from an Oak Floor or other hardwood floors such as Cherry, Wormy Chestnut, Maple, Walnut, Hickory, Heart Pine, Ash, Elm, Fir, Pine and all other recycled wood flooring as available.

Terms, Conditions and Warranties

There is no minimum flooring purchase, but there are handling fees below 250SF. Prices are F.O.B. our mill or warehouse.

Our products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. We have a thirty day return policy. Within that period defective goods will be replaced or refunded. All returned goods must be returned freight pre-paid. Shipping costs will be reimbursed on defective goods returned under warranty.

A 1/2 deposit is required to initiate all orders. The deposit becomes non-refundable once we start working on an order. Full prepayment may be required on small orders.

We have an inventory of hand hewn beams, antique reclaimed lumber and timber that is sale priced. Contact us for your needs.

We dismantle old barns. We mill the old barn boards and barn timbers into recycled hardwood flooring and special millwork.
